Emily is the former co-owner, manager, recipe creator and cook at Garden Cottage Tea Room in North Richland Hills. She has been cooking and baking since childhood and has been cake decorating since 2006. Emily has a Food Manager Certification through the Texas Department of State Health Services and a Food Handlers permit.
